1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Język Polski-Jest Super! website and services, operated by Anna Gardocki in Chicagoland. By using our website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms. Governing law: State of Illinois, USA.

2. Order Process

Orders are placed by submitting the request form on our For Schools page. Submission of a form does not constitute a binding purchase order. Orders are confirmed when we send a written confirmation and invoice by email. Prices are confirmed at the time of order confirmation, not at form submission.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified on your invoice. We accept cash or check payable to Anna Gardocki. Invoices that remain unpaid past the due date may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free local delivery in the Chicagoland area. Shipping to other US locations is available; shipping costs are included on your invoice. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

If materials are damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at gardocki139@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including workbook text, illustrations, and flashcard designs — is the intellectual property of Język Polski-Jest Super! and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
